Development Plan long term and different phases:

Phase 1: Player Recruitment and Development

  • AR Elite welcomes players of all abilities, aged 8 to 15, to join our training sessions every Thursday at the Armitage Centre, M14 6PA, from 7-9 PM.

  • Our primary goal is to provide every player with an opportunity to showcase their abilities.

  • Once a player demonstrates readiness, they will be selected to represent our age groups competing in either the Junior Premier League (JPL) or the East Manchester League.

  • Our young elites, aged 8-12, participate in the highly competitive Manchester Youth Super League (MYSL).

  • Players aged 13 to 16 represent AR Elite in either the East Manchester League or JPL.

Phase 2: Competitive Opportunities and Player Development

  • Selected players will have the chance to compete in competitive league matches as part of our age groups, ranging from 8 to 16 years old.

  • We provide opportunities for friendly matches against pre-academies and our older age groups can even compete against Category 1, 2, and 3 teams.

  • Notably, our U15 team recently played against academies from Burnley and Morecambe.

  • All matches are recorded using Veo technology and are analyzed weekly by our experienced coaching staff.

Phase 3: Scouting and Professional Pathways

  • AR Elite has established professional connections with various Category 1, 2, and 3 teams.

  • Our aim is to facilitate player scouting and exposure to top Premier League clubs or teams at lower levels.

  • We strive to guide and support players in their journey to the next level, leveraging the expertise of our coaches who hold UEFA A licenses.

  • Through our training programs, we ensure players receive the best possible development opportunities.

Objective:

  • At AR Elite, our primary objective extends beyond producing the next Ronaldo or Messi.

  • We place equal importance on nurturing leadership skills and developing well-rounded individuals, in addition to honing their football abilities.

  • Our overarching goal is to provide players with a sense of purpose and keep them engaged, ultimately fostering personal growth and learning throughout their journey with AR Elite.
